Vashti Harrison is a filmmaker, author, and illustrator whose new book “Little Leaders: Bold Women in Black History” hit the shelves on Tuesday, December 15th. This amazingly inspirational book highlights 40 black women from the past and present and their accomplishments. 

ATR #6 – Robyn Paris (The Room Actors: Where Are They Now)

Robyn Paris is a friend of mine who played “Michelle” in the 2003 classic film “The Room”, which is considered the “Citizen Kane of bad movies”. She just launched her new web series called “The Room Actors: Where Are They”, which is mockumentary style show about the stars of the cult classic film.

ATI #5 – Ian Mackenzie (Amplify Her)

This past week Seattle was fortunate to host the US premiere of the new multi-media documentary “Amplify her” (IMDB.com/AmplifyHer) which focuses on the several female DJ’s as they go on tour and bring messages of equality, power, and femininity to the masses!

I had the pleasure of spending the day at “Daily Magic Productions” which is a local indie video game studio based in Seattle, and has offices across the globe. I played some games and then interviewed Nicole Jekich and Marianna Vallejo!
